publications, including many titles that are now out of print. All publications
appear as they were originally published, with no changes made to the content
or design.
Publications in the Virtual Library are
available to individuals for private study, scholarship, and research purposes
only; reproduction and distribution, even for non-commercial use, is
prohibited. Downloading material for any commercial use is prohibited. The
Getty owns the copyright for the books; individual images and texts within
these publications may also be separately protected by the copyright of their
respective creators or other third parties and may require further permissions
for use outside the scope of the publications in which they are contained.
